Position:
Floor Levelling Specialist (Supervisor)

Region:
Sydney, NSW, Australia (Service Range Is Within 100KM Of Sydney CBD)
NOTE: TOLLS & PETROL PAID FOR (IF THE JOB IS 30KM AWAY+)

Pay:
$45 / Per Hour

NOTE #1: If a job gets “Cancelled, on arrival or after 10-20 minutes of work, you will still be paid a FULL days salary (8x $45 = $360, this often happens, which is why we have it in our terms and conditions to protect our company as well as our labourers salary for the day)

NOTE #2: If a job gets “completed” within a short period of time (for example it’s a small job), that only requires 1-hour work, or if you complete the work with the team within 2 hours instead of 8, you will still be paid a full days wage.

Shifts:
5 – 7 Shifts Per Week Available (Monday – Sunday)
Must Be Able To Work At Least 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday) / Weekend Work Optional

Time:
Mostly 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(Although Sometimes We Do After Hours Work)

Requirements:
– Full Australian Drivers License
– White Card
– ABN
– 3 Year Experience Minimum In The Floor Levelling Industry
– Able To Lead Your Own Team To Do Small To Large Scale Projects For Our Company
– Able To Do On-Site Inspections To Measure And Quote Jobs For Our Company
– Strong English Skills To Avoid Communication Issues With The Client & Team
– You Will Need Your Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Relevant To Your Industry)
– Your You Will Need Your Own Own Work Vehicle (Ute/Truck/Van As You Will Need To Transport  Equipment / Waste Disposal)
– You Will Need Your Own Setup Of More Basic Floor Levelling Tools
– But We Will Be Buying You The Higher Cost Floor Levelling Tools Such As A Mixer Of Your Choice, Etc.
– You Will Need Your Own Supplier Of Ardit/Self Levelling Concrete Bags At A Good Rate For Our Profit Margins
– Any Relevant Licenses Required To Do Large Scale Floor Levelling Jobs (50 – 2,500+ Square Metres)
