– A carpet knee kicker is a tool used to stretch, tighten, and secure carpet during the carpet installation process. Knee kickers apply tension using a kick of the knee to the back of the tool. Knee Kickers are great for small – medium sized rooms and tight areas.

– A carpet power stretcher is a specialized tool used to install wall-to-wall carpet. The tool grips the carpet with a set of tines on the head. A force applied to the tool then tensions the carpet and pulls it closer to the wall, where it can be fixed to a tack strip. Power stretchers create more tension than knee kickers, and are used to tension carpeting in large rooms.

– A Staple hammer is a quick way to install carpet underlay. You simply lay the carpet underlay down, then wack the staple hammer down, until a sufficient amount of staples have been installed to hold the underlay down.

– Carpet trimmers are designed to efficiently remove excess carpet near the wall, leaving behind the right amount to neatly tuck it in between the baseboard and tackless strip.
