What PPE Should Be Worn When Operating A Concrete Grinder?
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) should always be worn while operating a Concrete Grinder, no matter how big or small the machine is. The recommended PPE to be worn while operating a Concrete Grinder is:

– Cut Resistant Gloves
– Safety Steel Cap Toe Boots
– Hard Hat (Commercial Work Sites)
– Safety Glasses, Goggles Or Face Shield
– Dust Mask or Respirator (P2 Silica Dust Protection)
– Sufficient Work Clothes (HI-VS Work Shirt and Long Pants)
You should also ensure that your hair is contained and that you don’t wear any rings or jewellery. It’s important to wash your clothing and shower after completing any work that may release silica dust, such as Concrete Grinding.
